- Details regarding the possible Nonconforming Interior Rescales and resulting Occupancy have been escalated for investigation and containment. Of the named individuals, Arlo C. is a confirmed Occupant and currently in custody, uncooperative. The other individual, Ian F., remains unaccounted for.
